What can you automate for my business?

I automate repetitive high-volume tasks: inbox triage, lead capture from forms, follow-up sequences, appointment scheduling, document generation (contracts/proposals), CRM record updates, and financial reporting.

Do you use our existing tools?

Yes. I connect your current software stack (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot, Xero, etc.) rather than forcing you to migrate to new platforms. No rip-and-replace.

Will AI send emails or update records automatically?

Only if you want it to. We can set up 'approval steps' where the AI drafts an email or record, and you click 'Approve' to send it. Everything is rules-based and logged.

What happens if something breaks?

Every workflow connects to a monitoring system. If an error occurs (e.g. an API is down), I get an alert immediately. The system is designed with retries and error handling.

How do you handle access and security?

I follow strict least-privilege principles. I use separate service accounts where possible, store credentials securely, and provide audit logs. I never ask for your personal passwords.

Do I need technical skills to run this?

No. You get a simple handover and documentation. The systems run in the background. If you need changes, I can manage them as part of an ongoing capability.
