Arthouse

For this project, arthouse, a contemporary luxury holiday home in Mawgan Porth, approached us to create their very first digital presence—something that felt as considered as the architecture and as calm as the experience of staying there.

Their goal was to introduce arthouse to multi-generational families and architecture lovers, clearly communicating the experience, the setting, and the standout amenities while making it effortless to move from inspiration to booking.

Our approach was an editorial, image-led website with bold typography and restrained design, allowing photography to shine. The structure and copy were shaped around clarity and trust—gallery, reviews, key details, and prominent booking calls-to-action—resulting in a site that feels luxurious, confident, and simple to use.

Designing a first digital presence means defining tone as much as functionality.

With no existing website, the focus was on setting a clear visual and editorial direction from the outset—one that mirrors the architecture, interiors, and pace of the stay itself.

By prioritising imagery, hierarchy, and restraint, the site communicates quality and confidence without unnecessary complexity, allowing the experience to speak for itself.

The result is a calm, confident digital presence that reflects the character of arthouse and supports it as a distinctive destination for contemporary coastal stays.
